What parameters should be noted when choosing a self-cleaning filter?
1. The processing flow rate: Select the corresponding pipe diameter of the self-cleaning filter based on the size of the processing flow rate.
2. Physical and chemical properties of the filter medium: The type of material should be selected based on the acidity or alkalinity of the filter medium
3. The concentration of suspended solids in the filter medium is determined based on the concentration of suspended solids in the medium to select the number of filtration stages.
4. The filtration accuracy required by the customer is determined based on the size of the medium particles. However, it is not the case that the higher the accuracy, the better. Excessively high accuracy can easily lead to clogging and frequent cleaning of the filter.
5. The pressure of the system's pipelines is selected based on the pressure of the pipeline system, typically 1.0mpa and 1.6mpa, with a higher pressure index of 2.5mpa. The pretreatment of water filtration refers to the process of removing suspended solids, colloids and other substances from water to meet the general water usage requirements, which is called water pretreatment. In addition to the important parameters mentioned above, there are also some preprocessing methods that you can refer to
Working principle
The raw liquid enters the filter through the liquid inlet. During the filtration process, impurities in the water accumulate on the stainless steel filter screen, and the inner layer of impurities gradually accumulates.
① Automatic cleaning: When the filtration time reaches the set value, the automatic cleaning process will be initiated: The electrical control system gives a signal, and the motor starts to work. The rotation of the motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, and the scraper removes the impurities accumulated on the filter screen. After the cleaning time reaches the set value, the motor stops working. The drain valve opens and the drainage begins.
② Manual cleaning: The motor operates continuously, driving the drive shaft to rotate. The scraper constantly removes impurities from the filter screen. When the set time value is reached, the drain valve opens and the drainage begins.
③ Differential pressure cleaning (optional) : When the pressure difference between the liquid inlet and outlet reaches the set value, the motor starts to work. The rotation of the motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, and the scraper removes the impurities accumulated on the filter screen. After the cleaning time reaches the set value, the motor stops working.
